Problem: Right now, patients have to go through a strenuous and long procedure in order to contact their doctor and have to visit physically, multiple times based on their diagnosis and multiple doctors.
Solution: Have all symptoms and problems covered as part of a questionnaire and made available to the doctor directly before the virtual appointment scheduled. This allows for faster appointments, saving patients time and doctors time. The questionnaire will be readily available to the patients as an online webform, in which they will put their problems and details. Azure Functions will use SendGrid APIs to send and receive emails.
